jeffrey the only experts i know are all in the field of accounting and like three irs agents and a federal prosecutor are these the kinds of people you want knowing about how much you know I THINK NOT! let's start with the more pressing piece of information you'll need here

jeffrey you seem like a straight shooter so i'm going to shoot straight at you. what you've got there is either a bill of lading or the actual receiving paperwork for "giant bug mutation." i suspect the work of the legendary baxter stockman in all this:

now claiming that something will lead to the heart of a conspiracy is a bold claim indeed! i wasn't even aware that conspiracies had major organs but clearly i was misled, and for that i yearn for delicious vengeance, served hot instead of cold because once i had cold chicken for dinner because those ASSHOLES next door blew out my power and the microwave didn't work and came to the conclusion that anything that can be served hot should be served as such otherwise it's all for naught BUT I DIGRESS.

the fact here is that your manifesto is canadian in origin. canada is one of the few countries in the world with both federal AND pronvincial governments, uses snobby words like "consignor" and "expediteur," and has any kind of laws regulating environmental practices. The US is a close match, but we've been calling provinces "counties" for like months now and also we speak Spanish not French.

the real mystery is to identify the province involved, which we were actually given, SP0037216. it turns out that 37216 is the ZIP code for some place in tennessee or kentucky or something but no one cares about them and so we'll overlook it because if i was going to ship a giant bug anywhere it sure as hell wouldn't be one of those places where it's all hot and humid i mean do we WANT an irate giant bug probably not.

anyway that's as far as i can work it because well frankly i don't know much about canada and typing random things into google is getting old and i kinda wanna watch some more bsg before bed and i won't let ANYONE take that away from me. it's a bit odd that the provincial id is so many numbers though, so it might be a placeholder for something like long/lat coordinates or something.
